“We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Mobile Suraksha. “You” or “user” refers to mobile shop owners, customers, or anyone accessing our services. “Services” refers to device protection plans, claim processing, and related features provided by Mobile Suraksha.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be a registered mobile shop or authorized user. By registering with us, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Subscriptions

Our services are available through subscription plans, which must be purchased in advance. Subscription plans are valid for the specified period and are non-refundable.

4. Device Registration

Shop owners are responsible for registering devices accurately through the Mobile Suraksha app. Device details, including photos and descriptions, must be provided at the time of registration. Misrepresentation of device information may result in cancellation of coverage.

5. Claims Process

Claims can be submitted through the app for registered devices only. Approval or rejection of claims will be at the sole discretion of Mobile Suraksha based on the terms of the protection plan. Claims may require additional documentation or proof as requested by our team.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse our platform, including attempting unauthorized access or sharing false information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mobile Suraksha is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Loss or theft of devices.
• Claims rejected due to user negligence or non-compliance with our terms.

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of our terms or misuse of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and app, including logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Mobile Suraksha. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is prohibited.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
